  Item is exactly as described. The No scratches on front is EXACTLY as desctibed and the device was practially NEW condition. Product works out of the box! If i would ever buy another one, i would buy from this sellar again! If your looking for a greate PS Vita in good conditon for a good price, dont look any further! Even shipping i was suprised! IT was picked up by shipper the 2nd in Japan and i recived it today the 5th! Even US products dont ship out this quick! 100% NO complaints!

  Product quality is good. Comes as described. Time from order to label creation was 2 weeks. Another few days before picked up by fedex. About 4 days to ship and receive (during Xmas season) I did reach out to check status, response was provided by action vs actual communication. They did reach out after it was shipped and apologized for the delay. Recommend buy early and don’t rely on the shipping est. Would buy from them again. Just be patient and it will get sent.

  The PlayStation did arrive a lot more scratched than I thought it would but that is what I paid for so I can't really complain. It came preloaded with mods which is great if you're new or don't know how to do stuff like that. Great price and Awesome communication, messaged the seller. And they responded within an hour, definitely the best place to purchase a PlayStation Vita.(I put a custom decal on it)
