The box was not damaged so the shipping company is not to blame. I asked the seller, Game Room Life, to send us new parts and they denied to do so and told us to find a way to contact the manufacturer and ask them to send it, despite the fact we bought the game from Game Room Life. Totally unacceptable and terrible service. I sent them a photo and video as a proof.
