  I received my gold chain quickly and it's in good condition as described. The twisted rope is very pretty and I appreciate that the gold weight was listed in the post, helps to know that the price was right for the value. Packaged well but not overkill, in a rigid plastic case within a padded envelope.

  The seller said that the item came in its original box and it did not. Also said it was in excellent condition, but this was not true as flowers on the statue were broken. eBay did not support my complaint. This was supposed to be a gift which I can no longer give. I will never buy from the seller again as i do not believe description.
