    The Luigi hat was new, the shipping was fast, and it was a good price compared to any others, but the problem was that it wasn't like the pictures. The picture(s) showed "Green" eyes in the eBay posting, but I received one with "Red" eyes similar to the Mario hat. I ordered from this vendor "because" I wanted the one with Green eyes that they showed. I tried contacting the vendor, but they just ignored my emails. So while it's a good product, it doesn't match the pictures.
