  First off, the packaging was excellent and well done. You could tell that great care was taken to protect the item in this area. The condition of the item was as described.   Great quality product, appearance and condition were exactly as described. There were some problems with the PSU and the seller was MORE THAN GENEROUS with their time to help troubleshoot and even provided a replacement PSU - which was way beyond any expectations or even what most sellers would do.   Fast shipping and packed well! Unfortunately, they shipped an old three prong PSU when I needed a four prong. Wish that was clarified on the listing I would have went elsewhere since I still have to buy my own cord.

  Thank you for your feedback - Glad you received your Miner! To clarify the power cable included is what comes with this model from the manufacturer. They have never been used since they are not compatible with our commercial building electric. Also, the listing does state no (AWG) power cord is included (only what comes with Whatsminer models new from manufacturer). Every deployment environment is different so users will have to chose the cords compatible with their electrical setup. Thank you!
