  The shoes were advertised as new in box. The Seller asked to send the shoes without the box to save on shipping. I said sure. The shoes arrived without any bubble wrap and a heel cap broken off. I noticed the soles showed signs of wear. Some of the gold print was worn off on both shoes. The Seller said the photos prove the shoes are new. I should have enlarged them. I trusted this Seller’s word and never enlarged the photos, they said they were new. I guess this Seller can’t be trusted.
