Fra Fra's Naturals an all-natural skincare company that focuses on Organic products such as Shea Butter and African Black Soap. The company was inspired by the founders mother and daughters skincare needs. He discovered that authentic Shea Butter and African Black Soap cured his daughters eczema breakouts and helped his mother heal her the rough cracked skin on the heels of her feet thus Fra Fra's Naturals was born.

    The quality it just like I would use at a spa treatment. Love it. The condition is brand new and still packaged. Great value for the wonderful bathes I will get from them. They appear to be soft and hold a lot of soapy suds for a great bath. My apologies to the seller.... This item shipped SO QUICKLY I didn't even know it had arrived.     There's no reason it should take 9 days from order to shipping without communication. Having to do it over again I would not have ordered this. Plus the item description implied the item was a natural sponge. It wasn't until late in the process I realized it wasn't.

    We generally ship within 5 business days. Your order was delivered to the post office on 02/28. Additionally, I NEVER implied that it is a natural sea sponge. The listing clearly states **PLEASE NOT THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL SEA SPONGE BUT OUR VERSION OF A SEA SPONGE. It is meant to simulate a sea sponge without harming the environment. It is your responsibility as the buyer to read the description BEFORE purchasing.

    Sea sponge looks like good quality. In description of product there is in bold lettering a statement that two complimentary trail size bars of African black soap are included with purchase of sponge. I never received any soap. Took seller almost six days to get item to shipper. Will buy this sponge from different seller next time. Photos show what was in packaging. Please do not offer complimentary products if no intention of actually including those items.
