  Item in question was won on auction on March 24th 2024. Item was paid for on March 24th 2024. Item was never shipped so I was left in a holding pattern when I could have purchase another. Case closed on April 12th 2024 with supposed refund that will take 3-4 business days. Should this seller be allowed to auction this same item again? Seller never responded to inquiries.
