Yes it did have some small scratches. It functioned perfectly. As far as not getting back to buyer asap, I informed that I had a death in family and am leaving town for a week. You just can't satisfy some spoon fed people no matter how hard you try. It's unfortunate that this has came to this and giving me a negative feedback rating with an essay! IDK...
