    Ordered this item on the 7th with sellers post stating they ship next day normally if not asap. It finally shipped on the 12th. Just got it today because it was snail mailed I guess to make the most off of it. Came in on the 21st so 14 days and box was badly damaged from being taped up in cardboard not even a box a homemade contraption. So disappointed as this was a collectible for my granddaughter and now we have to buy another. Seller took forever to answer messages and was usually 3 words!

    We do have a very open refund policy and would love to make it right. We sold a dozen of these pet shop calaenders and it is very sad this one didn't make it in the mail.
