  Item not as described. Reported item was sealed, but it was not sealed in typical clamshell packaging, it was taped with Scotch Tape. Target doesn't tape items like this. Item showed obvious signs of wear and was not functional. The seller was contacted but refused to discuss the situation. I would recommend against using this seller because of the gross misrepresentation of items and unwillingness to discuss the matter. Obvious signs of attempted repair including stripped screws.
