  There were a couple of issues with the ring I received, so I contacted the seller with photographs of my concerns. The seller was very polite, and refunded my purchase right away. I suppose the quality of handmade items can slip through the cracks like anything else. I respect this seller for taking action so quickly to rectify the situation, and I would buy from them again.

  What a fantastic seller if anyone wants quality jewellery get it from this seller. I was unsure if the recipients finger size so had to guess and when it arrived it looked too small. I contacted the seller who was more than accommodating regarding replacement of the ring even offering to not want the original ring back at all. Which I declined as the ring did fit perfectly.
