  Item was sent in substandard shipping packaging… it was only wrapped in bubble wrap and taped… and I received the item with the box tattered, bent and misshapen. I collect and display these figures still in the box, and it’s badly damaged. I contacted the seller and was offered a 5% refund. I didn’t agree with this, I was then offered 10%… then when I offered to settle for 20% against my better judgement, I was ghosted. I wish I could say I was happy with the sellers solution, I cant.

  Seller is OK, item arrived undamaged and on time. I just don't understand why mentioning it comes ''with box'' when the box actually comes folded and wrapping the figure, hence it's unusable. Not for collectors.
