  Item was good quality. Unfortunately, packaging was minimal and item was damaged in shipment due to rough USPS handling. Seller is represented as being in New York state tracking number was from Illinois and did not move for 7 days. Eventually (late) package arrived from California?? Sellers return shipping request was to China, what? 2nd request was to New Jersey. eBay says they are not a US seller so return requirements are different. eBay finally stepped in and provided refund.
