  My item came very quickly in a padded manilla envelope. Unfortunately at some point the packaging seal broke open and some of the item was damaged. After some back and forth with the seller they offered me a refund as they were out of that item. The sellers responses were very fast (within 12 hrs). thank you

  Purchased this item for a special occasion, and I definitely got more than I bargained for in the best way possible. The item arrived quickly and was exactly as described—well packaged and in excellent condition. Only note is that the listing mentioned UPS, but it shipped via FedEx instead, which caused a little confusion during delivery. Still, overall a great experience and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.
