    Item was shipped the day it was ordered. Apparently USPS had a problem making the promised delivery (10/15) on time and it actually arrived on 10/23. Item was in original new packaging and it works great.

    Thanks for modifying your statement, but I still don't understand why you marked the Feed a Kitty Foundation down to Neutral because the USPS didn't deliver your package on the "expected" day. You seem pleased with us, but you gave us the Postal Service's feedback rating. We don't ask for donations. We are funded by our sales 100% of which go to the care of displaced animals. Your "neutral" rating will have a negative effect on our ability to save lives. Not everyone will read your words.
