  What a great shopping experience! I was so glad to find this design on eBay. I really appreciate the great communication from Hat House. They got it shipped out super fast (I was out of town for a week and it was waiting when I got back) and they packaged it securely to avoid any dings or wear in transit. I knew from the description it would be a used hat but it is in such great shape you can hardly tell at all. It was even better than described. Thanks again so much!

  Shipping was fast from ordering over the weekend. Seller(s) was very friendly on communicating to me once the order was placed. Package was just in a wider box as they did describe as such. Hat looks fine with minor brown lints here and there, though there is a lingering odor compared to other hats I have ordered compared to other sellers (I assume from excessive cleaning). Regardless the hat still looks the same as the listing. Will take a look at more of your selections sometime. Thank you ^ ^
