I emailed Heather and then all of a sudden it arrived two days later. The description was more than "used". This item was really dirty. Before trying to sell merchandise all it took was a little cleaning on her part. I used a magic eraser to clean up the shoes and bleached out the socks and shoe laces. The socks really didn't even match.
