  Very carefully packed, very secure delivery, HOWEVER publication year is NOT 2004, so this is wrong. #01 was published in 2006, as evidenced by “copyright 2006” in indicia (final page) and 2006 on two different Virgin Comics advertisements. #02 was also published in 2006 (see indicia plus two advertisements). #03 was published in 2007 (2005 is mentioned twice in indicia, 2006 advert on p 16, then 2007 advertisements on p 14 and p 15. #04 states 2007 twice in indicia, also 2007 advert on p 14.
