  The items were better than advertised each book was individually sleeved and shipped in a bubble mailer envelope then the envelope had several layers of clear shipping tape.   The box was in a little rough shape and seemed to be open but the headsets look brand new and it had everything as far as I know I am very happy with it only complaint I have is not with the product or seller but with usps they went from delivering early or on time to late and always late 3 days late when they claim weather conditions bad when it was sunny out for the next three states over smh but I am very happy with it
