  Item came exactly as described. Packing was beyond incredible- totally shrink wrapped against water damage, packed tight with shredded paper (recyclable) and boxed, nylon taped and strapped tight. 110v as described, I chose to switch plug, but a 110v India to 110v US converter would work fine.   Watch cleaning machine arrived late and broken, I paid substantial import charges £100 and pennies. The motor was not working and baskets jammed in machine, I offered to fit new parts if they sent out but wanted to charge me. I just got messed around, BUYER BEWARE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. Seller is very unpleasant. Inside machine wires are joined with pvc tape which is unsafe in UK. I have had to raise dispute with Ebay. Thanks for reading
