  The seller sent the wrong size boots and wrong item. I ordered the Butter Ostrich Print Cowboy boots in US size 10, but I received Yellow Alligator print and a size 12. I reached out to the seller on the same day I received them 2 weeks ago and to this day I haven't received a response. Not even a acknowledgement that I reached out to them. I absolutely do not recommend this seller. I had to add 2 shoe sole inserts to get them to fit because they are 2 sizes too small.
