  Sign arrived with 2 big holes in it, the packaging was torn up, and according to eBay tracking it's still in Florida. Seller wanted pictures of the product, packing slip (there was no packing slip) and packaging before they would even talk to me about providing assistance. I have ordered replacements from Amazon which arrive tomorrow. It's a shame because the first sign I bought from them was just fine (note the holes in the bottom sign, the top one is my original purchase)
