Item shipped fast, and tracking # follow up was great. Product was new as advertised albeit w/some minor cosmetic blems that are very hard to notice.     Delivery of backpack took longer than 4 weeks as seller sold an item not on stock . Communication was haphazard at best with no comms at first. Only after separate phone calls was I able to gain sufficient response and swift shipment once the backpack was available in store in Lithuania. Backpack showed up as advertised though!:)
