  Buyers beware!! This seller is disingenuous and plays games. The chain drive links were binding in bar guide, the chain brake wouldn't disengage, and the bar tensioner was bent. The saw was well wrapped so it wasn't shipping damage. The repeated offers from seller to send parts never happened. I was able to clean, file, and groom the drive links and bar to get it working. I notified seller, he promised to send a tensioner and extra parts. Nothing. His representation of the item was fraudulent.

  He indicated set was mint. Good, but NOT MINT. Put all in one box. So heavy delivery complained. I couldn't lift it! Slid around floor to move and unpacked piece by piece to get hm! Common sense dictates ship in a couple boxes as shpr's aren't careful. Hard to believe shpr accepted it, but he listed 70 lbs on label he created. My scale said 97 lbs! When asked for partial refund for his shortsightedness that caused damage, I GOT NO REPLY! BEEN IGNORED EVER SINCE! Not a smart man. Buyer beware!!!
