    I ordered this case on the 16 and it still has not been shipped. I’ve sent messages to the seller and no response at this point i don’t even want the item! Just keep it.

    There was a 3-day delay due to out of town emergency. We informed buyer. Her message was in fact answered, which she respeonded to. She was offered a double order, and what she would like to make this right. She simply requested a refund which was promptly adhered to. The frustration from a 3-day late shipment is understandable, and negative feedback is just, but this feedback is false and misleading.
