    I didn't know it was made of plastic...lol. I still Love it but the price was to high for a plastic mermaid. Ten or 12$ would have made more sense.

    The product you sent is inferior. It is an irregular, rough, poorly finished product. There is slag of some sort maybe glue that is very noticable & a split near the bottom of the figurine. It is totally disappointing & unacceptable.This item is described as "expertly crafted, intricate details, high quality, & meticulously polished finish". That is not what I received. I will not offer my recommendation.

    I'm really sorry you hated the item. We've sold quite a few of that one and you're the first complaint. In any event, we offered you a complete refund just for being unhappy so I am not sure why you felt compelled to trash us but wish you well in your future purchases.
