  Two problems. Seller very quick to respond when I reported that the size of small is much bigger than I expected. I asked for return. He asked if I would keep it if given partial refund. I agreed thinking that I could find a family member that it would fit. Seller gave me partial refund as promised. Then I found out later that item was defective. No heat from heated vest. Dead. I could not figure out how to get back into the eBay system. I trashed it and moved on to cut my frustration losses.
