    The item was advertised as new in box. When I opened it and saw there was no instruction manual and a few parts were out of their plastic bags, I should have known it was not "new". I proceeded to install with the manual I had from a previous purchase. But then I found out it was missing a small plastic part. I reached out to seller with no response. I ended buying the part online and paid shipping. The faucet is now working but not happy with the seller.
