  I ordered a psa card. The card was fine, but the case seems to have been slightly cracked in different areas of the case possibly due to shipping. I contacted seller to inform them of the condition in which I received. They quickly replied and remedied the situation with offering a partial refund. Overall I am happy with the customer service given. My advice going forward is to use boxes although a little more pricy to protect slabs.
