  This was an excellent seller. He worked with me throughout my purchase. The was a problem with shipping that was not the fault of the seller and we agreed to a refund on my purchase and that he would track down the shipper to find the problem. Again I would consider to purchase from the selller again as I found the seller to be honest and cared about the problems that surfaced with my purchase.

  This mattress came rolled in airless bag in box. Firm and comfortable mattress. Better than I expected. Clean and lightweight, a couple years old my mattress when I spent $600 can be easily replace with this economical mattress. I’m not sure about 10yrs warranty how is that works.. but I purchased this mattress bout $240 that means $24/yr or $2/months investment. It worth better than this figure. I’d recommend to everyone who like simple and solid mattress.
