  Only after contacting the seller to complain after 10 days did the seller ship the product. Shipping delay was a real bummer. However, the seller was responsive to my complaint and did provide a small refund for the inconvenience. I appreciate the seller attempting to satisfy an unhappy customer...   They don't tell you about a 5 day wait that you have to wait before they will even ship the glasses, and they had only ever told me about it because I reached out to them if it won't for that they probably would have never told me about a 5 day waiting period before they even ship, but if your cool with waiting, they have authentic shades for decent prices , just need to do something about that waiting period, maybe at least tell people about it beforehand

  I had placed an order with another seller. 4 days later I received an email saying item was out of stock and refund issued. I place the order with this seller. I included a note saying this was a Christmas gift and that I would pay extra for faster shipping to receive them in time. Less than an hour after placing my order I received shipping information. They were delivered in time. Item as was described and included all paperwork. Thank you so much.

  Glasses are authentic as I needed a replacement to my same broken frame and the lenses were a perfect fit. One thing to keep an eye on is the handling time. In my case it was 2 weeks before shipment. eBay thinks it shipped out since a label was created, but sat at post office. This is not included in the description, but is included in eBay’s estimate for delivery as far as I could tell. I had excellent communication with seller on this handling delay. I’d buy again it I was not in a rush.
