  The eyeshadow pallets came very scratched up on the outside, But the shadows themselves were untouched. There were some miscommunication initially about shipping to Canada after purchase, but seller eventually confirmed that they are using the eBay international hub to ship to Canada. Be aware, custom fees are about $25CAD
