  The seller listed as Chicago Facet brand. The item I received is Delta in a box marked Chicago Faucet. When I asked about the issue he replied that sometimes Chicago puts delta in there boxes. Every picture I can find of others show Chicago Faucets on all the pieces. All my faucets and shower stuff is Chicago. I don’t want to put delta. . The seller has not offered a resolution. This seller is a scam. Now I have to buy another one. 1st 2 pics of what I got. 2nd 2 of listing. Not the same

  Buyer thinks her iPhone only uses Apple parts too... Chicago Faucets DOES use pieces of other brands. Check out more of her feedback left for others. Literally the same situation with another purchase after mine. Seller beware...

The was also a problem with one of the keys as well but communication was efficient and we were able to get an agreement to resolve the situation quickly.
