    Shipped it in an obvious computer box, which led my mailman to try and steal it. Wish they used more discreet packaging. Everything as described, even had Sim-card capability which wasn't listed in the description, but is a major plus for me. Price to product ratio is very good.

    The previous problem was solely on the fact that I did not receive the unit, and it was not their fault. The problem was with shipping, but it got straightened out and I received the unit. The unit itself was in pristine condition, it looks like a brand new computer. I cranked it up today, and so far everything is working good. So my overall experience was good with them personally, very good customer service, they were very responsive, and I would recommend them for their refurbished computers.
