  Seller "eldone" was supposed to provide me with a return label for Solar Dancing Toy Flower that arrived broken. Instead, Seller "eldone" did not provide the return label as Ebay had promised, Seller "eldone" left a message offering me a 30% discount on the broken item which I did not see. Case was closed by EBAY while I was waiting for the return label from Seller "eldone". I have been ripped off for the full price on this broken item. Bad experience with both Seller "eldone" and EBAY.
