    4 shingles of 18 arrived broken. Packaging was just plastic wrap, no bubble wrap or cardboard. Asked for partial refund or 4 replacement shingles. Seller refused any refund unless all the shingles were returned. Seller was extremely slow communicating and it cost me money. eBay was of no help. I'm driving 2 hours away to buy from a different company. I'd rather spend twice as much time and money than deal with these people again. Best Regards to you Fiona.

    I RARELY LEAVE FEEDBACK. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the seller that will accommodate you. Don’t you just love purchasing something for a project only to find out days later it hasn’t shipped. Then when you reach out to seller ; they tell you your address isn’t valid with PayPal ,eBay or FedEx. Either they are a drop shipper or made mistake on price they listed. Then they assure you your refund will post in 24hrs…….(6days later is when they refunded)
