  The package itself did not arrived when the email notifications said that it would. My 10-year-old son was extremely worried that it had been lost in the mail and wouldn’t arrive. We reached out to the seller, and within a matter of a few hours they had responded with very detailed information that explained prior experience and when to expect it. thank you for packaging it as securely as you did because it did arrive quite beaten up, but the figure was safe.
