  As advertised. Origin of package was unknown as there was no return address or packing slip. Inquiry showed it delivered with picture of item on the porch. My issue was that I ordered 2 of the same item from 2 vendors at the same time and I did not know which had arrived. Customer service responded immediately to my inquiry.

  Amazon reseller. Product was changed so the wrong item was sent. Although, reseller was quick to respond and arrange return. Feel mislead, I don’t choose resellers or drop shippers or whatever you call it, on purpose. Package was also leaking.

  Customer was sent an updated product after manufacturer changed packaging. Customer did not want the updated product, and we gladly accepted a return after they customer did not believe that it's the same product with different packaging.
