  I was a little surprised that the inside packaging that holds the ink cartridge was open and the sealing tape over the ink jets was replaced with scotch tape. The cartridge did load and print and showed that it was full. The seller was very easy to work with and had fast shipping. I think the seller could have been more clear on the items description.
