Yes, factory direct! No middle man! It was received in a white box with the picture on the side and description all around it, you know, selling points. It was received with all the goodies that are sold separately! $1100 dollars worth for about $700. To top it off, the unit operations better than expected! 2yr warranty.

It came in original packaging and looks brand new. I've connected it to my Delta Pro Power Station to see if it is recognized but haven't tested it out yet.
