    seller sent broken 27" monitor (in 2 corners) with a box that is the same width as the monitor and then claimed I'm lying over a used monitor... be careful

    I explained it could be shipping caused the damage, and asked the buyer why it took more than two week to ask for refund after receiving the item, the buyer was somehow irritated.
