    I have been a member on here since 2000 and since 2017 I have reduced my activity greatly because of sellers like this. The pad came damaged to me and not looking anything like the pictures. Seller claims shipping issue which is a common ploy to blame, auction says no returns but he accepted a return but it is to costly and to big to try to return. I offered seller a chance to refund me 25 percent of sale so I can get a professional to fix since these are hard to find but he stopped communicatin

    We offered a full refund upon the return of the item, and he refused and closed the case. He wanted a partial refund so as to leave positive feedback. However, we cannot process a partial refund of $125 in exchange for positive feedback, as it goes against our policy and ethical guidelines.

    NOT TRUE. IF YOU LOOK AT THE ITEM YOU WILL SEE HE HAS NO RETURNS ON AUCTION. HE THEN SENDS A DAMAGED ITEM THAT THE PICTURES DOES NOT SHOW. EBAY ONLY LETS YOU INITIATE A RETURN TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM. THIS WAS TOO BULKY AND EXPENSIVE TO RETURN. I OFFERED SELLER TO REFUND ME PARTIAL AMOUNT SO I CAN GET A PROFESSIONAL TO FIX. HE STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH ME PERIOD. THE IS BECOME COMMON WITH SELLERS AND UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION THIS SELLER HAS HAD ANOTHER ACCOUNT ON HERE BEFORE BUT WAS CLOSED DOWN.
