  The car was "as described". However, made several agreements with the dealership that never materialized. 1) I was told salesman Michael would have the car detailed/cleaned. Car was not detailed or even washed. 2) I was sold exterior ceramic coating for close to $1000.00. Ceramic coating not performed. 3) As a disabled veteran, I wanted DV license plates and was told "no problem". Standard license plates mailed. I had to arrange three of Earth's broken promises. Earth is not DV friendly.

  This is absolutely false/ 1) Ever single car goes through a 131 point inspection before we sell it to the public. Every single car goes through our detail department when the car arrives and before we ship a car out to our customer. This car was transported open transport and we cannot control the weather unfortunately. This car was cleaned 1000%. 3) Your car was ceramic coated and the warranty was placed in your glovebox. 4) We cannot get special plates via DMV, this is a client only request.
