  Excellent quality at a great price!!! Refurbished unit was well packaged and received in pristine condition!!! Even included a two-year warranty. FYI… I ordered the same item from Amazon but it was delivered filthy and appeared to be a return. The unit was packed poorly and was just thrown in a box. Needless to say, I returned it.

  Worst purchasing experience Ive had on Ebay in years. Seller promises delivery in 2-4 days. It took them 5 days just to handle the order. When I reached out for an explanation they said "Your order has been delivered and it normally takes 2-10 days" It took them longer to hand the package off to UPS than the total amount of time the listing says it would take to deliver. Item did not come in "new" packaging and the manual was not an original accessory, as per the listing.

  Communication isn't great with Dyson Direct, they have no idea about the eBay storefront of their business and they uploaded the wrong shipping information, and eBay wasn't able to help find my where my package was in the shipping process ...but the package arrived within the shipping window, packaged well, brand new as described, and the price was good. I'd probably shop with them directly next time, to avoid the problems between eBay and Dyson.
