  Communication isn't great with Dyson Direct, they have no idea about the eBay storefront of their business and they uploaded the wrong shipping information, and eBay wasn't able to help find my where my package was in the shipping process ...but the package arrived within the shipping window, packaged well, brand new as described, and the price was good. I'd probably shop with them directly next time, to avoid the problems between eBay and Dyson.

  I ordered a refurbished Dyson Airwrap from Dyson’s official eBay store on May 3. Shipping was unclear, delivery dates changed, and customer service only apologized. The product arrived dusty, despite being boxed. It was listed with a 2-year warranty but came with a 1-year limited one and no registration info. The price dropped shortly after my purchase, but they refused a refund. Still no response about the warranty issue. I don’t recommend this store to anyone.

  Item was as described. That's the only positive about this experience. Seller states 3 day window to ship, was at least 4. When questioned the tracking got posted but didn't ship for another 2-3 days. Immediately after purchasing and before it "shipped" item I purchased with a significant holiday sale was discounted $40 less than I paid. When questioning pricing and shipping seller was an automated response. I personally feel like I was lucky to not get scammed entirely. Avoid if possible!
