They offered me either the chance to receive any other item in their store in lieu of the item I ordered for up to double the value of the item I purchased or a refund.   Seller sent the disc USPS and they destroyed it somewhere in transit. When it arrived it was broken in 1/2. Absolutely NOT the Sellers fault. Seller was very fast in responding and taking care of the problem in lightening speed. Would have no issues buying from Seller again.
