  Seller scammed me! Listed as "New with Tags," came with tear, scuffs on button and you guessed it, no NWT. Be careful with this seller. I asked for a return and refund, opened a claim and he wouldn't send return postage. I guess they felt it was okay to scam and lie to a buyer and expect them to as well pay for return shipping. I've never left negative feedback before, but today, deserved! Shame on you! Ebay refunded me fully.

  I must respectfully disagree with your claims. I strive to provide accurate descriptions, and I’m disappointed to hear that you feel otherwise. The item was listed as "NWT" based on the condition when I listed it. Personal expectations can sometimes differ, I did my best to represent the item honestly. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the return, I followed eBay’s policies, I refunded you fully NOT ebay, it’s unfortunate about the neg feedback. I AM NOT A SCAMMER!!!

  Please review the listing attached to this. There are also photos as proof. Ebay had to force the claim due to no action. He is lying thru his teeth. Look at my feedback, history as a seller. My creditability is stellar. If you decide to purchase from this seller, your choice, but I as a buyer had a horrible experience over $15.00, so again, I say Not a truthful seller.

  The item was never delivered. The seller said he could not get it from a consigner. The item never should have been listed and I never got the item. Maybe the price that was the final bid was not enough for the seller or the consigner but that’s not my problem would not purchase from again.
