While the photos & description were accurate overall, there was one glaring omission: the laptop had a firmware password set which the seller couldn't provide. Communication with the seller was prompt and they were understanding, offering a return for full refund or a partial refund if kept. They accepted a fair partial refund, so I'm satisfied with their service, despite the mistake.
