  This is difficult feedback to write. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I'll keep it simple. This item cost me 1 hundred dollars. It was very poorly packaged, which caused it to be damaged in shipping. The damage was not severe. But still. I contacted the seller and got no response. I wasn't asking for a refund, return, or anything else. I simply wanted to share my feedback and frustration. A simple acknowledgement and apology would have done wonders. Not a good experience.
